Variance Board meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled for the following dates in the City Hall Council Chambers:

The Variance Board forwards recommendations to the City Council for consideration of variance requests. Matters considered by the Variance Board include, but are not limited to, variance requests and appeals for any order, requirements, decision, or termination made by an administrative officer in the enforcement of the Zoning Code. The Variance Board serves as an advisory board to the City Council. The Board is advised of recommendations by City Staff, as well as public input at the time of the meeting. A recommendation for approval or denial will be made by the Variance Board for City Council consideration during its first meeting of the following month. Applicants do not receive final approval (or) denial until the City Council votes on the matter.
