Rotary Park is a great place for bird watching! This park is a 26-acre nature preserve consisting of wetlands and wooded areas.  The centerpiece of the park is a large fieldstone pavilion that sits above the preserve on a quiet hillside.  A walking trail through the park leads visitors from White Bear Parkway to Birch Lake.
