The City of White Bear Lake provides its residents with utility services, including water, sewer and garbage/recycling. Utility bills include charges for all three of these utilities and are sent out on a quarterly basis (every 3 months). The City is also excited to announce its ability to accept automatic payments for utility bills. To sign up for this service, simply download the application to the left and send it to the City's Utility Billing Department.
