Building Department Permits
The Building Department is currently accepting permit applications through one of the following methods:
- ePermit system (White Bear Lake only - see the ePermit site for available ePermits) - Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
- Email permit application (and plans under 11x17 if required) to buildingdepartment@whitebearlake.org (White Bear Lake & Mahtomedi)
- Drop off permit application (and plans if required) at City Hall - Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm
