Building Permit Applications - White Bear Lake & Mahtomedi

Mahtomedi Notes:  Mahtomedi fire related and electrical permits are not issued by the City of White Bear Lake, contact Mahtomedi at 651-426-3344 regarding fire related and electrical permitting.  Also, any project involving exterior zoning approval will need review by the Mahtomedi Planner prior to permit issuance by White Bear lake.  Examples of permits that need Mahtomedi review would be driveways, fences, sheds, decks and additions.  If you have any Mahtomedi zoning, planning or setback questions, please call 612-269-3684.
