The City of White Bear Lake and White Bear Township join forces each year for "Trash to Treasure Day". Residents of the City and Township who wish to participate should place items they no longer want on the curb at the end of their driveways, clearly marked as "FREE". Have items out at the curb as early as possible. Treasure hunters will have the opportunity to pick up items that are marked as "FREE" any time that day.
