There are 24 parks in White Bear Lake providing everything from public docks to an 18-hole disc golf course! City parks are open between the hours of 6 a.m.-10 p.m. 

Pavilion Reservations

Click here to reserve a pavilion! Your receipt from the system serves as your park permit and additional instructions are on the Park Rental Rules and Guidelines. Alcohol is not permitted in parks for private parties. If you have questions, or if this is a corporate park facility booking, please contact Public Works 651-747-3650. Note: The Erd Geist Gazebo may be reserved at a cost of $50.00 for a maximum of two hours, by calling Public Works at 651-747-3650. 

Key Access Required for Lakewood Hills and Podvin Park facilities: To access the full facilities at these locations, keys are required. Keys may be picked up and returned at the Public Safety Building, 4701 Highway 61, with proof of receipt and a picture ID. Staff is readily available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.-10 p.m., otherwise use the Public Safety Building entrance phone to request a key from dispatch.

Reservations for park facilities close around October 15 and resume again when it is warm enough to turn the water back on. Parks remain available to the public during colder months, however, all restrooms will be winterized and closed for the season.

Special Events

For special events within the City of White Bear Lake such as parades, races, festivals, etc., please complete the Special Event Application. Please provide 30 days notice, especially for events which may require City Council approval.
