Payment Options

If you have any questions concerning your utility bill, please contact the Utility Billing Clerk at 651-429-8565. Yard waste and bulky item pick-up services and billing are handled exclusively through Republic Services at 952-941-5174.

Commercial and residential accounts are billed quarterly (every three months). Payment options include:

1. Pay by Phone - Credit card and electronic check payments are accepted by calling 855-798-1527. Please note you will need your customer number and account number available. Invoice Cloud charges an additional convenience fee for payments processed in this manner.
    
2. By Mail - Mail payments to: City of White Bear Lake, Attn: Utility Billing, 4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake, MN 55110
    
3. In Person - Payments may be deposited in the gray dropbox outside City Hall's main entrance 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or at the receptionst desk in the lobby of City Hall during regular business hours.
    
4. Internet - Credit card payments are accepted online through our webstore. Automatic payments set up through Invoice Cloud are assessed a convenience fee.
