 The City's Utility Billing Clerk handles the following inquiries / issues: 

• City utility billing issues
• Change in automatic withdrawal information (payment options)
• Account usage and history information
• Missed refuse and/or recycling pick-ups
• Request new refuse and/or recycling bins
• Moving

Republic Services bills directly for and handles the following inquiries / issues:

• Missed refuse and/or recycling pick-ups
• Special or extra bag pick-ups
• Bulky item pick-ups
