Notice is hereby given that the City of White Bear Lake will receive and accept bids ONLY through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid online bid service until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 for the furnishing of all labor and materials to complete the following described local improvements under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. A virtual bid opening will be held on Wednesday, April 3 at 11:00 a.m. utilizing an online viewing platform.

Plans, specifications, bid forms and contract documents may be obtained through QUEST CDN at www.questcdn.com – Project No. 9018760 for a fee of $22.00.  Bids must be submitted electronically using the QUEST CDN system, no paper bids will be considered.
