Edible Cannabinoid Products Licenses

Pursuant to City Ordinance 23-08-2067, relating to the retail sale of edible cannabinoid products, no person may directly or indirectly or by means of any device keep for retail sale, sell at retail, offer to sell or otherwise dispose of any edible cannabinoid products at any place in White Bear Lake without first having obtained a license from the City, issued in accordance with the City Code.

Eligibility: Businesses eligible for an Edible Cannabinoid Products license is located within the City and has a current tobacco license to sell tobacco or tobacco products at retail issued by the City under Article XI, Chapter 1104 of the Municipal Code, or has a current on-sale or off-sale liquor license to sell intoxicating liquor issued by the City under Article X, Chapter 1002 of the Municipal Code.
