Gambling Licenses

The City of White Bear Lake regulates gambling within its jurisdiction under Section 1111 and Section 1002.200 of the Municipal Code

Applications to conduct raffles or to operate gambling devices shall be made on the correct State form and submitted to the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Board with notice given to the City thirty days prior to action by the State to approve or deny a license.  Please visit mn.gov/gcb for the appropriate application.

"On-sale" liquor licensees may request permission of the City Council to permit qualified charitable organizations to operate or sell lawful gambling devices on the licensed premises. An application for gambling endorsement (below) must be made by the liquor licensee for Council consideration.
