Golf Cart Permit

White Bear Lake residents who meet the criteria set forth in Minnesota Statute 169.345 to obtain a disability parking certificate may qualify for a motorized golf cart permit.

For additional requirements, please refer to Section 607 of the Municipal Code.  No person shall operate a motorized golf cart on roadways in the City unless granted a permit under this ordinance and registration does not exempt compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws.

In addition to the application, please submit:

1. Copy of a current permanent, long term, or temporary disability parking certificate.
2. Evidence of insurance complying with the provisions of Minnesota Statute 65B.48 subdivision 5.
3. Evidence of Valid driver’s license
