Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is an advisory body to the Council and makes recommendations to the Council in areas including, but not limited to, adoption of and amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan, amendments to the Zoning Code, issuance of conditional use permits, and consideration of variance requests and proposed subdivisions. The Planning Commission is closely involved in the City’s long-range planning, transportation plans and Strategic Plan. The Planning Commission consists of seven members appointed by the Mayor to serve three-year terms.

Meetings:  Generally, last Monday every month at 7:00 p.m.
