Police Civil Service Commission

This Commission is established according to Chapter 419 of Minnesota Statutes.  This Commission exercises supervision over the employment, promotion, discharge, and suspension of all sworn officers of the police department as provided by state statutes and the City Charter.  The Civil Service Commission consists of three (3) members appointed by the Mayor to serve three year terms.

Meetings are scheduled as needed.
