The White Bear Lake Conservation District (WBLCD) was formed by the State of Minnesota in 1971 with a mission of protecting and preserving White Bear Lake, which is highly valued for its aesthetic, recreational, commercial, environmental, aquatic life and fish and wildlife qualities. The Mayor appoints two members to the board.

Meetings:  Generally, third Tuesday every month at 7:00 p.m.
