CPR Class Payment Information

Thank you for using our online webform to submit your interest in a CPR class!

Your registration is not complete until your payment has been received at least 3 day's prior to the class you selected.  Two payment options are available to you as follows:

• Pay online!  Follow this link to the City's Webstore, complete the form, select Permit Type:  CPR Class and enter $60.00 in the amount.  A 3% convenience fee is charged by the credit card company for this service.
• Make check payable in the amount of $60.00 to White Bear Lake Fire Department, 4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake, MN  55110.
