Parking Permit

Municipal Code §603.300 allows residents who live within the restricted parking areas of South Campus or Downtown to apply for a parking permit.  Please apply online using this webform below, or complete the paper application and return it to the Police Department, 4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake, MN  55110 or via fax: 651-429-8501.
