Policy Manual

The White Bear Lake Police Department holds our officers to high standards and we strive to our commitment to public safety and community engagement.  We are guided by the profession's best practices in a variety of areas, including use of force, vehicle operation, police-community engagement and training.  The MN POST board has the legislative authority to adopt administrative rules that have the force and effect of law, rules that enable the board to establish policies and standards to which all licensees must adhere.
