Home Buyer Assistance Programs

Minnesota Housing Homeownership Programs

First time homebuyers may qualify for home buying assistance through the Minnesota Housing Start Up loan program.  In addition to  affordable, fixed interest rate mortgages first time homebuyers may also be eligible for down payment and closing cost loans, including a deferred payment loan.

The Minnesota Housing Step Up program offers affordable, fixed interest rate loans and down payment and closing cost loans for qualifying homeowners who are looking to refinance or purchase a different home.
