Zoning & Sign Permit Applications & Forms

For dock permits and other permits for structures and activities on the water, contact the White Bear Lake Conservation District at 651-429-8520.
Zoning permits are needed for driveways, sheds, fences, detached decks, hot tubs, bees & chicken coops. Sign permits are needed for permanent signs. Temporary signs may be registered by calling the Planning Department at 651-429-8534.

Neighbor agreement forms are required for certain small variances from the Zoning Code, called administrative variances.
